CJC1295 (Sermorelin)

CJC1295 is a 30 amino acid peptide, which primarily functions as a growth hormone releasing hormone analogue (mimicking the effect of GHRH). It was initially invented to treat deep fat deposits in people, because it is known that having an increase in our growth hormone levels will target this. It stimulates production of our own growth hormone from the pituitary gland.

By increasing our own growth hormone levels (which normally decrease as we age), there is an increase in protein synthesis which subsequently stimulates muscle growth. It leads to an increase in muscle mass, an increase in fat metabolism (fat loss), and increase in physical strength. It is also helpful in anti ageing, and effective in reducing wrinkles.

CJC1295 leads to regrowth of internal organs which have atrophied (shrunk) with age. Other benefits include increased bone density, stronger immunity, faster recovery from injuries.

Another very positive benefit of CJC1295 is its ability to promote slow wave sleep. Slow wave sleep (SWS) is also known as deep sleep and is the portion of sleep responsible for the highest level of muscle growth and memory retention. SWS is decreased significantly in older adults and also with people who tend exercise later in the evening. This peptide has a benefit to side effect ratio that exceeds all others currently being legally sold and would make a great addition to ones training regime or post cycle therapy.

CJC1295 can be used in conjunction with other peptides to synergistically increase our growth hormone and improve out well being. GHRP6, GHRP2, Imaporelin, and SARMS are the peptides most widely prescribed with CJC1295.The other principal GHRH product is mod GRF 1-29, which in most instances I recommend over CJC-1295. The products differ in their duration of action. Mod GRF has an approximately-ideal short duration of action allowing pulsatile dosing, whereas CJC-1295 has an extended duration of action which prevents such dosing.
